Welcome to Khokhars Photography. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.khokharsphotography.com and the services we offer. By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

We offer a variety of Photography services, including but not limited to:

• Wedding Photography
• Prewedding Photography
• Maternity Photography
• Engagement Photography
• Toddler Photography
• Portrait Photography
• Event Photography
• Commercial Photography
• Product Photography

1. Booking: To book a session, prior appointment is required to avoid any kind of hassel. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
2. Payment: During the booking 50% of the deal amount is to be given. After the occasion is over remaining 40% of the deal amount is to be given and at last remaining 10% of the deal amount is to be given after delivery of goodies which was finalized up during the booking to be provided (Video, Album etc.) Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, UPI or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy: Once booking is done then booked amount is non-refundable on the timing of the cancellation.

1. Turnaround Time: We aim to deliver raw images within 1 week of the session and edited images (as discussed during booking) within 2-3 weeks of the session.  Photo selection time is one month to two month which is countable from occasion day. 
2. Delivery Method: Images/Video will be delivered digitally via a download link.
3. File Formats: Images will be provided in JPEG format and Video in 1080p.

1. Ownership: The Company retains all copyrights to the images taken during your session and which can be used up on the social media handles to showcase the work done for other clients which might help them to choose us in order to cover their precious moments.
2. Social Media: Clients may share images on social media with appropriate credit to the Company.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, which can be found here, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. General: The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
2. Service Interruptions: We are not responsible for any interruptions or errors in the delivery of our Services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
3.  Permissions to Photograph :  It is the sole responsibility of the Client to secure permission of the church, gurudwara , temples or other venue of the wedding for the Photographer to photograph the ceremony/event.  The Client shall insure the placement of the party, the officiant(s) and the altar decorations so as to not obscure the view of the bride and groom.  The Photographer will abide by the rules of the church/gurudwara/temple in regards to camera placement at the ceremony. 
4.  Final Product : It is also understood that the Client is hiring the Photographer for his technical and artistic expertise and, therefore, the Photographer reserves the right to edit the Images as he sees fit.  The Photographer does not guarantee that everyone involved in the event will be photographed or will be included in the final Images.

1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Chandigarh, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Website and Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
